Path of life quinoa and kale (I have found at Costco and online) one pack is 2 servings but only 360 calories, cooks in the microwave in 4 minutes, add 3 scrambled egg whites (75 calories) for a power breakfast, great with a splash of lemon on the quinoa and kale mixture. For lunch add a chopped chicken breast (mesquite grilled frozen fully cooked) which you can wrap in plastic wrap and cook in the microwave in minutes (around 100 calories) or 1/3 cup canned all white chicken breast meat (around 70 calories)

Warm, filling soup, only 120 calories!

Scramble four egg whites. Boil 16 oz water and add 4 chicken bouillon cubes. Season to taste. Once cubes melt, stir in scrambled egg whites and add fresh sliced green onions.

Black Bean Burger, only 360 calories!

Microwave one Morning Star Chipotle Black Bean Burger and place on a Fold It wrap. Smear 1/4 of a soft fresh avocado on top and eat with one serving of steamable brussel sprouts.

Fage Greek Yogurt

Greek yogurt has beneficial probiotics and can be used in many ways. Mix it with dry salad dressing mix for a dip or sandwich spread. Mix it with your favorite Crystal Light mix for a sweet treat or a dip for your fruit.

Scramble two eggs with a quarter cup of skim milk  with salt and pepper to taste. Throw in some fresh  green onions and fresh diced mushrooms if you have them. Pour in a microwave safe coffee cup or mug  and microwave for 45 seconds. Stir, then microwave again for 45 more seconds.
