Place 1/4 cup quick oats, 1/2 cup unsweetened Skim, almond or soy milk, 1/4 banana sliced, 1/2 tbsp chia seed, 1/2 cup blueberries, 4-5 drops liquid vanilla stevia, 1 tbsp chopped pecans and a pinch of cinnamon in a jar, shake it up, cover and refrigerate overnight.
